Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines for returns and cancellations.


Returns

  • General: Most items may be returned within 30 days if they are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Not Eligible: Custom products, electrical items, opened/used items, and items returned without prior authorization. Exceptions may be made for items that arrived defective, or sustained damage during shipping. These scenarios must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • Refunds & Exchanges: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after we receive your item. Discounted items are refunded at the purchase price. Exchanges may be available on a case-by-case basis.
  • Special Orders: Non-stock and special-order items carry a 25% restocking fee if returned.
  • Shipping: Customers pay return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item(s) or the item(s) arrived damaged. Please package items securely and use a trackable method, especially for high-value items.
  • Large Items: Freight returns must be arranged with our team.

How to Return

  • Online: Email us your order confirmation, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. You’ll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by email. Include this number with your return so we can process it quickly.
  • In-Store: Bring your receipt and the eligible item to our store for a refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by phone.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned following the policy above.
  • Special orders cancelled before supplier shipment are not subject to a restocking fee. If cancelled after supplier shipment or returned, a 25% restocking fee applies.
