Hoover Tractor offers new and pre-owned equipment, replacement parts, equipment rentals, service, and financing. Customers can also shop for available parts and use parts diagrams through the website.

Finding and Ordering Parts

Visit the online Parts page to browse available parts by category, review featured products, search the catalog, and view individual product details.

Available product listings may include the product name, SKU, price, stock status, and an option to add the item to the cart.

Hoover Tractor is continuing to add products to its online parts catalog. If the part you need is not listed, contact the Parts department by phone at (570) 966-3821 option 1, using the Text Us widget at the bottom left corner of every page, or through the online contact form.

Include any available equipment, model, serial, and part number information to help the Parts department review the request.

Visit the Parts Diagrams page and select an available equipment brand. Continue through the available equipment and assembly options to locate the applicable diagram.

Use the exploded-view illustration and corresponding part information to identify the component you need.

An exploded parts diagram shows the individual components within a piece of equipment or assembly and how those components fit together.

The illustrated parts are identified using reference numbers that correspond with the related part information.

Locate the component in the exploded-view illustration and note its reference number. Match that number with the corresponding part listing shown with the diagram.

Review the listed part information before adding the product to the cart.

Provide the equipment brand, model, serial number, and existing part number when available. You should also include a clear description of the part you need.

This information gives the Parts department more detail to use when reviewing your request.

Payments, Orders, and Online Accounts

Hoover Tractor’s online checkout accepts credit-card payments. Enter the card number, expiration date, and card security code in the payment section before placing the order.

Equipment financing is handled separately through Hoover Tractor’s financing options.

Yes. The checkout page includes an optional Purchase Order field within the billing details section.

Yes. Customers with a valid coupon can select the coupon prompt at the top of the checkout page and enter the applicable code.

Visit the My Account page to register or log in. Registration requires a username, email address, and password.

Visit the My Account page and select “Lost your password?” Enter the username or email address associated with the account and follow the provided instructions.

Submit the contact form and select “Online Orders” as the department. Include your order number and a clear description of the question or issue.

No. Online orders are subject to acceptance by Hoover Tractor. An order may be refused or canceled for reasons that include product availability, an error in the price or description, or suspected fraud.

Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

Available fulfillment methods are displayed during checkout. Depending on the order and delivery information entered, the options may include:

  • Ground shipping
  • Overnight shipping
  • Store pickup
  • Dropbox pickup
  • Scheduled local parts delivery

Select one of the available options before placing the order.

Ground shipping usually take 2–8 business days for items that are in stock. The shipping charge is calculated and displayed during checkout.

Yes. Overnight shipping is displayed during checkout as next-business-day delivery. Orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time to qualify for overnight shipping. Please note that overnight service does not include weekend delivery and is only available when all items in your order are in stock. The cost will be shown before you place your order.

Yes. When available for the order, the checkout page provides pickup options for:

  • Mifflinburg store pickup
  • Centre County dropbox
  • Snyder County dropbox
  • Juniata County dropbox

Select the preferred available location during checkout. To request the location of a specific dropbox, send a text to (570) 966-3821.

Yes. Hoover Tractor offers parts delivery on Wednesday to Union, Snyder, Northumberland, and southeast Centre counties when the option is available during checkout.

The order cutoff is Tuesday at noon. The applicable delivery charge is displayed at checkout.

Shipping and delivery costs are calculated and displayed during checkout. The amount depends on the order and the selected fulfillment method.

Yes. Select “Ship to a different address?” during checkout and enter the applicable shipping information.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Most items may be returned within 30 days if they are new, unused, and in their original packaging. All returns require prior authorization. Visit the return policy page for more information.

Custom products, electrical items, opened or used items, and items returned without prior authorization are not eligible for return.

An exception may be made when an item arrives defective or sustains damage during shipping. These issues must be reported within five days of delivery. Visit the return policy page for more information.

Email Hoover Tractor with your order confirmation, the item or items you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Hoover Tractor will provide an RMA, or Return Merchandise Authorization, number by email. Include that number with the return. Visit the return policy page for more information.

Yes. Bring the eligible item and its receipt to Hoover Tractor’s store for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Hoover Tractor shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.

Securely package the return and use a trackable shipping method, especially for a high-value item. Freight returns must be arranged directly with Hoover Tractor. Visit the return policy page for more information.

Non-stock and special-order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee when returned.

A special order canceled before supplier shipment is not subject to the fee. The 25% restocking fee applies if the special order is canceled after supplier shipment or returned. Visit the return policy page for more information.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after Hoover Tractor receives the returned item.

Discounted items are refunded at the original purchase price. Exchanges may be available on a case-by-case basis. Visit the return policy page for more information.

Yes. An order may be canceled by phone before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be returned if it meets Hoover Tractor’s return requirements.
